Your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you create an account or place an order; device details when you submit a sell request; and basic usage data such as pages viewed and search terms.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, price and complete sell requests, send order and account notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We only send marketing messages if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the vendors fulfilling your order, courier partners, payment processors, and service providers that host or support our platform. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and cart, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Security and retention
Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to staff who need it. We keep order records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can view and update your details from your dashboard, and you can ask us to export or delete your account by contacting support.
