These terms govern your use of the Flipper website, mobile app and services. By placing an order or submitting a sell request you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if payment cannot be verified, and will refund any amount already paid.
3. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, cards and mobile financial services shown at checkout. Card and mobile payments are processed by licensed third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel. Please inspect the package before accepting it and report any damage immediately.
5. Sell Your Device
Quotes are based on the condition you describe. The final price is confirmed after inspection and may differ if the device does not match the description. You confirm that any device you sell is legally yours and free from liens, locks and stolen-device reports. Data on the device is erased on acceptance; back up anything you need first.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flipper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
